Please note, I have advised YouTube that its promotion of a copyright claim to Cole Porter's "Begin the Beguine" is based on an attempt by Warner-Chapelle t0 claim it has a copyright claim to that piece of music.
Copyright judgements document that Porter's estate failed to renew his copyright. Warner-Chapelle applied for but did not get a copyright to any one Cole Porter song. However Warner-Chapelle did get a copyright to publish a review of ALL of Porter's works, hence the film "De-Lovely" which does exactly that.
Our use of "Begin the Beguine" is in the context of a parody. The original lyrics and the original arrangement include references to zombipe themes and to the historical context of the Covid 19 Pandemic.
