This is a poster for the 1963 Bock and Harnick adaptation of a Miklos Laszlo script, originally published in Hungary and later bought by MGM for its 1940 film "Shop Around the Corner".
This YouTube link goes to recordings of the overture from that 1963 production of "She Loves Me".
This is the cover for the world premiere of the Laszlo adaptation from the 1950s which were never produced and for which the original copyright has expired.
